Hosts of our next BA5, Ta Papa invite you beyond their public galleries into the privacy of their elegant function venues, where you will experience their hospitality first hand.
Hosting over 900 commercial events a year, the Te Papa Venues team has a venue hire option to suit your soirée. Te Papa’s Sales Manager for Venues, Elena Ford, will talk you through their ‘front of house’ capabilities.
So come along – sip, nibble and network – and enjoy the side of Te Papa that’s saved for special occasions.
Format: Generally the evening follows the below structure
- Guests arrive – drinks and nibbles
- Presentation begins – intro by member of Chamber Board
- Presentation from host
- Business card prize draw
- Tours of venue space/networking continues

Non Members: $40
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 5 clear working days prior to the event. Cancellations after this time and ‘no-shows’ on the day will be charged the full invoice amount. Substitutions are permitted if you can no longer attend.
