Our guest speakers from Deloitte, Lauren Foster and Dan Howell, will share some methods and tools they have used that have successfully enabled organisations to identify and manage their cultures. They’ll also run over some case studies from the frontlines to provide suggestions that can help you move the “culture needle” of your organisation in the right direction.

Lauren Foster is a Partner at Deloitte, where she leads the Human Capital practice in Wellington. She has over 15 years’ experience helping clients navigate complex transformations in culture and strategic change, organisational design and talent strategies. Lauren has worked across multiple industries including Public Sector, Energy & Resources, Manufacturing and Financial Services in the US, Europe and New Zealand.

Dan Howell is an Associate Director and Transformational Change Specialist at Deloitte. He has experience in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Mining, and Energy and Resources industries, including the implementation and running of large-scale change and culture initiatives in New Zealand organisations.
