Certificates of Origin, Certification and Export Documents
The Wellington Regional Chamber of Commerce can issue Certificates or Origin and certify other trade documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Ladings, Visa Applications for Members and others on request.
In order for the Chamber to certify documents on behalf of your company you need to email the chamber Certificate Team to complete a certificate agreement form and setup your account with the chamber. Once this is completed the Chamber will provide you with a Certificate of Origin template form for your use and can start signing your documents.

Business Visa letter certification for Saudi Arabia is free for members, there is a $20 charge for non members.

Saudi Arabia Origin Labelling Requirements - 27 Jan 2009
With effect from 27 January 2009, any shipment going to Saudi Arabia without irremoveable labels showing the country of origin affixed on the commodity will be treated as follows:
- The importer will have to register electronic confirmation not to repeat the offence and have to stick within two weeks irremoveable labels inside the custom premises or in his warehouse and will be find SR5000.00 and have to pay the customs duties even if the goods are exempted from import duties.
- If it is not possible to stock irremoveable labels, the importers shall re-export the goods without being fined.
