The past few months have reminded us of the uncertainty that can enter our world overnight. Elizabeth McNaughton will tell you her career has quite literally been a series of disasters, as she has worked on many disasters around the globe. With years of experience and countless conversations with crisis leaders, disaster survivors and cognitive psychologists Elizabeth will share her tips on leadership.
From leading through adversity, to remote leadership and the impact it can have on teams and the leaders themselves. This session will also cover practical and insightful ways to help enhance wellbeing, so that we, and our team, can perform to the best ability while under pressure. She will also share her Top 5 questions to guide you through change, challenge and crisis.
As the Co-Founder and Director of Hummingly – selling products that people, communities and workplaces all over the world can access in tough times, Elizabeth will share the ‘Doing Well’ deck – a set of helpful, practical cards with tips to help a team through tough times.
