    Every week we read of cases where employers have been ordered to pay significant penalties. This is where the disciplinary process followed has resulted in the employee taking personal grievance action, claiming they have been unjustifiably dismissed or disadvantaged.

    Employers have a responsibility to administer salary and wage payments in accordance with employment legislation. This course provides participants with an understanding of lawful payroll procedures relating to the employment relationship and its various legislative requirements.

    All employers and managers need to have a sound understanding of the rights and responsibilities of those involved in the employment relationship, to ensure effective management of workplace issues.
