The Program for Inspiring Leadership is intended for individuals with over 12 months of experience in leading and managing others. It includes two comprehensive workshops aimed at fostering competence in management and leadership abilities.

We offer this both as an in-house course or public course. For in-house, we can come to you and train your team while using content tailored to your organisation. Public courses, listed to the right, are open to everyone and best if you want to send only 1-2 employees.
