We are just a few days away from taking to the skies with the return of our New Zealand domestic services on Wednesday 1 July. In readiness for your flight, I just wanted to highlight a few areas that will make your journey as comfortable as possible.

All new and existing unused travel vouchers issued due to COVID-19 impact for on travel by Jetstar Airways (JQ), Jetstar Asia (3K) and Jetstar Japan (GK) are now multi-use vouchers. These multi-use vouchers can be used across multiple bookings, where any outstanding credit can be used towards another. Customers can check on their credit by visiting the voucher balance portal (click here). Voucher expiry dates have been extended, giving customers 12 months to redeem a voucher, with vouchers valid for travel within 12 months from date of booking on any available flight - customers will have about two years to travel. All other credit vouchers issued for reasons not listed will be single use only. New bookings will be subject to fare difference. Customers should refer to the full Terms and Conditions.
Food & Beverage pre-purchase
We have suspended our standard meal and drinks sales on board for the time being. A limited selection of drink & snack deals are available for purchase at time of booking, or available for pre-purchase up to 24 hours before departure through Manage My Booking. We encourage you to pre-purchase to ensure you don’t miss out. If you prefer, you can bring your own drinks and snacks, however please ensure what you bring fits within your carry-on allowance. Please note that hot drinks and alcohol are not permitted to bring on board. For Starter Flex, Plus and Max bundles (including codeshare and interline passengers), a drink and snack is included in your ticket.
