The purpose of this course is to extend the skills of the health and safety representative to an advanced level which allows you to develop the skills and tools you need to promote an even safer, healthier workplace.
There is often a significant direct and/or indirect cost to injuries and poor risk management in your workplace. Skilled health and safety representatives can engage workers, managers, and others to make a lasting difference.
This course is suitable for people who have completed the Stage 1 course and are interested in taking their skills to the next level. It would also be useful for managers or leaders who would like to be across this level of information for their organisations, and those employees who are responsible for accident reporting and investigation.
