You’ll cover organising, managing, and measuring a project to ensure greater value is delivered to all stakeholders—both internally and externally. It also focuses on the importance of setting clear expectations and goals for your projects.
This course is suitable for people who are required to lead projects and who might not have a formal project management qualification. It is also great for those who are running their own projects, whether in their small businesses or as part of other organisations.
