This course will teach you how to build an effective team. It covers the tools that are required to lead, plan, delegate and manage the workload of your team confidently. You will also learn about your leadership style and how to motivate your team members to achieve targets and perform at a high level.

This course is suitable for people who are new to team leadership and would like a quick, concise overview to start their leadership journey. This one-day course would also suit team leaders who are keen to learn more about how to manage a team and get the best out of them.
