AGM COMBINED COUNCIL VOTE
Each year a member vote takes place prior to the AGM to ratify nominees put forward for the Combined Council. A unique link to voting ballot papers will be sent to the approved representative of each member organisation. Voting opens Monday, 25th November and closes Friday, 29th November.
VOTING ELIGIBILITY
As the approved representative of your organisation, you have been solely invited as a financial member. Others from your organisation are welcome to attend the AGM, however, your organisation will only be allocated one vote. If you are unable to attend, but would like to nominate an alternative representative, please email Kacie Lewton (kacie.lewton@businesscentral.org.nz) with the name of the substituted person 24 hours before the meeting.

If you are unable to attend and wish to submit a proxy vote, please email events@wecc.org.nz.
OBITUARIES
Finally, we are asking for the assistance of members to ensure we get things right. Each year, we remember any members or former office-holders who have died in the preceding 12 months. If you are aware of any, please contact our board secretary Kacie Lewton (kacie.lewton@businesscentral.org.nz).
