We're excited to be offering a new Mental Health workshop, in partnership with Ian Harper and STEM: NZ (Systematic Training and Education and Motivation).
Workplace mental health programs often focus on the topic through an HR policies and compliance lens. While this is extremely necessary, many of the courses overlook the deeper connection between work, home life, and individual wellbeing. This workshop takes a different approach. It’s designed to help participants explore their life experience through a set of human needs and practical frameworks, enabling them to identify what truly matters and create actionable steps for positive change. Completing this course will teach participants how to take more control over their wellbeing at work and home and inform them on how to support the people they lead to do the same.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, Ian uses an inclusive and holistic perspective - what he calls the “Puzzle of Contentment.” This approach helps individuals and teams understand how work and home life intersect, and how to build resilience, manage stress, and foster wellbeing in both environments.
This course is a must for People Leaders, Managers, ER and HR professionals; and anyone in a role that contributes to people, culture, change management, health and safety, and wellbeing.
