Join us at our next Westpac Smarts event, where David will dive into the business side of New Zealand’s only current professional football club.

What’s in-store:

David Dome, General Manager of the Wellington Phoenix, will share his journey with the team since its founding in 2007. He’ll take us through the unique challenges of managing a sports club that’s not just about the game, but also about being a successful business. Gain insight into how the Phoenix balances performance on the field with strong business strategies that support both the team and the broader community.

Come along and learn from David’s experiences in building partnerships with businesses and communities, and get practical takeaways on leadership, business management, and fostering community engagement.

At this event we will collecting dry goods donations to support the Wellington City Mission’s Social Supermarket, ensuring their shelves are well-stocked for the holiday season.
